选视频后画面是黑的？
视频正在解码，几秒内会显示第一帧。特别大的 4K 文件（几 GB）首次载入需要多等一会。如果一直是黑的，请确认这个视频能在「照片」App 里正常播放。
导出的图片和预览看到的不一样？
预览和导出走的是同一个时间点、同样的精确解码，画面应当完全一致。如果遇到不一致，请把视频来源（相机型号 / 剪辑软件）和时间点发给我们。
Live 图存入相册后不会动？
在「照片」App 里长按图片即可播放。少数经过第三方剪辑软件导出的视频缺少时间信息，可能无法生成 Live 图，请发邮件告知视频来源。
批量截图很慢？
间隔选 0.1 秒时 1 分钟的视频就是 600 张，抽取和挑选都会慢。建议先用范围条缩小范围，或者把间隔调大。
怎么直接出小红书 3:4 的图？
点画面下方的比例按钮，选「3:4」。画面上会出现取景框，拖动框选取景、拖四个角缩放，右侧会实时显示出图尺寸。单张和批量都按这个比例出图。
取景框为什么变红了？
框选的区域太小，出来的图长边不到 900 像素，发出去会发虚。把框放大一些，或者换一个分辨率更高的视频。
为什么截图比手机截屏清晰？
手机截屏只有屏幕分辨率，还会再压缩一次；视频截图直接从视频文件解码，4K 视频就是 3840×2160 的原图。
App 需要哪些权限？
只需要「照片」的仅添加权限，用来把导出的图片写入相册。读取视频通过系统选择器完成，App 无法浏览你的相册。详见隐私政策。
使用统计可以关闭吗？
可以。在「导出设置」里关闭「使用统计」后，App 会停止发送新的使用事件并清除尚未发送的本机队列。视频和图片始终不会上传。已送达服务器的统计记录不会随开关自动删除，详见隐私政策。

The picture is black after I pick a video
The video is still decoding and the first frame appears within a few seconds. Very large 4K files take a little longer the first time. If it stays black, check that the video plays in the Photos app.
How do I get a 4:5 or 9:16 image?
Tap the ratio button under the picture and choose a ratio. Drag the crop box to frame the shot and drag its corners to resize it. The output size updates as you go, and both single and batch exports use that ratio.
Why did the crop box turn red?
The selected area is too small, so the image would be under 900 pixels on its long side and look soft. Make the box larger or use a higher-resolution video.
My Live Photo doesn't move
Press and hold the photo in the Photos app to play it. A few videos exported by third-party editors lack timing data and can't become Live Photos. Email us the video's source if this happens.
Batch export is slow
"Every Frame" decodes every frame in the range, so one minute at 30 fps is 1,800 images. Use "Interval" or "Even Count" to grab fewer.
Why is this sharper than a screenshot?
A screenshot is limited to your screen's resolution and is compressed again. Pickframe decodes the frame from the video file, so a 4K video gives you a full 3840×2160 photo.
What permissions does the app need?
Only add-only access to Photos, to save the images you export. Videos are opened through the system picker, so the app can't browse your library. See the privacy policy.
Can I turn off Usage Analytics?
Yes. In Export Settings, turn off Usage Analytics to stop sending new events and clear the unsent queue on your device. Videos and images are never uploaded. Events already received by our server are not automatically deleted; see the privacy policy.
