「视频截图」在你的设备本地处理视频和图片，不上传媒体内容。新版 App 默认开启「使用统计」，会向我们自己的服务器发送有限的使用事件；你可以随时在「导出设置」中关闭。
一、使用统计
统计还包括预览准备结果、阶段和耗时，源视频时长分档、宽高、画幅、标称帧率、大小分档、容器与编码类别、HDR类型和取帧相对位置分档；来源只记录相册或文件入口，无法确认iCloud时记为未知，不上传精确取帧时间点。统计包括 App 打开和退后台、页面浏览、按钮和模块的实际曝光与点击（仅固定界面标识）、视频导入和图片导出的结果、耗时、数量、导出比例、图片格式、质量和尺寸设置、裁剪缩放及是否移动、批量抽取模式和间隔、是否截取部分范围、Live 图时长和声音开关、是否沿用媒体元信息的开关（不含实际日期和位置）、批量挑图的筛选条件、选择和丢弃等操作的数量（不含具体图片）、相册添加权限结果，以及设备机型代号、应用版本、系统版本和语言。失败时只记录导入来源、失败阶段、有限的错误类别及白名单系统错误代码，不记录错误原文。每条事件包含本机生成的随机安装标识、会话标识和事件标识，用于排除重复事件、分析操作完成情况及观察回访。这些标识不是 IDFA 或 IDFV，不用于跨 App 追踪。事件经 HTTPS 发往我们运营的服务器。我们不上传视频、图片、文件名、位置、用户输入或完整错误文本，也不接入广告追踪。
关闭统计后，App 停止新增和发送事件，并清除尚未发送的本机统计队列和本机安装标识；重新开启会生成新的标识。已经到达服务器的记录不会因此自动删除。你可以通过下方邮箱咨询数据处理或提出删除请求；由于我们不收集账号和联系方式，可能需要你提供可用于定位记录的信息。
二、我们访问什么
- 你选择的视频：通过系统照片选择器或「文件」打开，仅用于在本机解码和截取画面。App 只处理你主动选中的视频，无法浏览你的整个相册。
- 相册写入：只在你点击「存入相册」时，把导出的图片或 Live 图写入相册。此权限为「仅添加」，App 无法读取或删除相册中已有的内容。
三、数据存在哪里
视频和导出图片只在设备上处理，临时文件保存在 App 沙盒中，任务完成或下次启动时清除。未送达的统计事件最多在本机队列保留 7 天；送达后由我们自己的服务保存用于产品改进。目前服务器不自动清理原始事件，因此没有固定的自动删除期限。卸载 App 会删除本机数据，但不会自动删除服务器已收到的统计；已存入相册的图片由你自行管理。
四、无广告和跨应用追踪
本 App 不含广告，不做跨 App 或跨网站的追踪。统计使用我们自行开发的 SDK 和自有服务，不向广告平台共享数据。
五、儿童隐私
本 App 不以 13 岁以下儿童为目标用户，也不有意收集儿童的信息。
六、隐私政策更新
如本政策有变更，我们会在本页面更新并修改生效日期。任何涉及数据收集方式的变化都会随 App 新版本一并说明。

Pickframe processes videos and images on your device and does not upload media. Usage Analytics is on by default in the new version and sends limited usage events to our own server. You can turn it off at any time in Export Settings.
1. Usage Analytics
Diagnostics also include preparation results, stages and timing; source duration and file-size buckets, dimensions, aspect, nominal frame rate, container and codec categories, HDR type, and coarse frame-position buckets. Import source identifies the Photos or Files entry; iCloud origin remains unknown when not verifiable. Exact frame timestamps are not sent. Events cover app opens and background transitions; page views and visibility and taps of fixed interface elements; video import and export results, duration, counts and aspect ratio; image format, quality and size; crop scale and whether it was repositioned; batch mode, interval and whether a partial range was selected; Live Photo duration and audio preferences; whether source metadata is retained (not the date or location itself); batch filters and selection/discard counts (not the images); Photos add-only permission results; hardware model code, app version, OS version and language. Failures record import source, failure stage, limited error categories and whitelisted system error codes, not full error messages. Each event includes a random installation ID, session ID and event ID generated on your device. They help us remove duplicate events, understand whether operations finish and observe return visits. These IDs are not IDFA or IDFV and are not used to track you across apps. Events are sent over HTTPS to our own server. We do not upload videos, images, filenames, location or user input.
Turning analytics off stops collection and sending and clears unsent events and the installation ID on your device. A new ID is generated if you turn analytics on again. Events already received by our server are not automatically deleted. You may email us to ask about data handling or request deletion; because we collect no account or contact details, we may need information that helps locate the relevant records.
2. What We Access
- The video you pick — opened through the system photo picker or Files and used only to decode and capture frames on your device. The app processes only the video you choose; it cannot browse your whole photo library.
- Saving to Photos — only when you tap "Save", exported images or Live Photos are written to your library. This is an add-only permission; the app cannot read or delete existing items.
3. Where Your Data Lives
Videos and exported images are processed on your device. Temporary files are kept in the app sandbox and removed when a task finishes or on next launch. Unsent analytics events remain in a local queue for up to 7 days. After delivery, our own service stores them to improve the product. The server does not currently purge raw events automatically, so there is no fixed automatic deletion period. Uninstalling the app removes local data, but not events already received by the server; images saved to Photos remain under your control.
4. No Advertising or Cross-App Tracking
The app has no ads or cross-app or cross-site tracking. Analytics uses our own SDK and service; we do not share events with ad platforms.
5. Children's Privacy
The app is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
6. Changes to This Policy
Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
